Returns Policy
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made online through our website.
Consumer Guarantees
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), you have legal rights for the goods you purchase. These rights are referred to as your consumer guarantees and include the following:
- The goods are of acceptable quality.
- The goods are fit for the purpose for which they were supplied.
- The goods match the description under which they were sold.
If your product does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than those covered under the CGA, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind:
- Medicines, including Pharmacy Only, Pharmacist Only, and Prescription medicines
- Makeup and cosmetics
- Perfumes and fragrances
- Clearance or short-dated stock
- Medical devices, including RATs
- Sexual health or intimate products
How to Return an Item

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
